About Me

Hi, I’m Wyatt, the person behind AskWyatt. I’ve been helping people fix, understand, and feel confident with technology for years. Whether it’s setting up a smart home, building a website, troubleshooting a stubborn computer issue, or teaching someone how to stream, I love solving problems and making tech feel simple.

What started as helping friends and family turned into a passion. Now, I work with individuals, families, and small businesses to make technology work better for them. I’m especially passionate about teaching, not just fixing, so people feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. If you ever feel stuck, confused, or just need someone to explain tech in plain English, I’m here to make tech less stressful and way more useful!

My passion does not stop at technology but folds into the thrill of water sports. I am passionate about helping others to enjoy and discover their full potential in the water. There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing someone conquer the waves of the ocean for the first time, whether it is balancing on a surfboard or mastering the art of wakeboarding. It is more to me than teaching a technique — it’s about fostering a love of the water, understanding its rhythms, and embracing the challenges it offers. For me, every lesson is a new opportunity.

My Approach

My approach involves seeing an issue through from start to finish and requires a unique blend of patience, focus, and perseverance. It’s about staying committed to a technical issue, even when obstacles arise or the solution seems initially unclear. It is about staying committed and encouraging when a student would rather quit than get back on the board again. Every step matters. It’s easy to get distracted or overwhelmed, but the real satisfaction comes when you push through the inevitable setbacks and remain persistent.

There’s a sense of pride in knowing you’ve stayed the course, working methodically from beginning to end, and seeing the problem resolved because of your diligence and commitment. My approach is a reminder that the journey is just as important as the destination.
